Project: Horizon Drive, Westlake

Description: Purchase of existing single dwelling. Subdivision 1 into 2 lots. Attainment of DA followed by a substantial renovation of the existing dwelling. Modification of existing dwelling to allow for new property boundary.

Description: Purchase of existing single dwelling. Subdivision 1 into 2 lots. Attainment of DA, demolition of existing dwelling, followed by the construction of project home and sale of vacant parcel of land.

Description: Purchase of existing single dwelling and attainment of DA. The existing dwelling was demolished and was followed by the construction of five architectural townhouses.
